Northern Asian Powerlist 2022 – Emerging Talent Leaders winner

Advita Patel, director of Comms Rebel, won the Emerging Talent: Leaders category of the Northern Asian Powerlist 2022.

The full list of winners, along with all those shortlisted, was announced on 6 October.

Patel helps organisations cultivate an inclusive culture by helping them communicate effectively to their workforce so all colleagues can belong and thrive in their work.

She was named in the Northern Asian Top 100 powerlist in 2020 and the Global Top 101 list for employee experience.

The Emerging Talent category focuses on the ones to watch and the next-generation role models across business, commerce or third sector.

It aims to recognise those who have exceeded their initial targets for growth and already show importance within their sector or industry through significant product/service innovation and leadership.
