Developer moves into city centre offices as it expands its team

National developer, McClaren Property, has taken 1,450 sq ft on the sixth floor of Northspring’s Park Row in Leeds City Centre.

McClaren Property has recently expanded its team to focus on its regional pipeline of projects, with developments worth around £700m already in progress.

McLaren Property is working on a variety of projects in the property sector with a focus on student, residential and senior living.

Tom Gilman, regional managing director, McLaren Property, said “It’s an exciting time to be expanding the team in Leeds and we’re looking forward to moving into our new office at Northspring Park Row in Leeds City Centre.

“We’re busy bringing forward c£700m of developments across the north and Leeds is a fantastic city in which
to base ourselves and grow our project pipeline further.”

Carter Towler director, Clem McDowell, added: “Northspring Park Row is exceptional; the landlord has completed a fantastic transformation of the whole property and it’s no wonder some of the region’s most prestigious businesses
such as McClaren Property are choosing to locate here.

Carter Towler and Knight Frank are the joint agents on the building. Cushman and Wakefield acted on behalf of McLaren Property.
