Solicitors take on six-floor office suite

Following a flurry of recent lettings at Northspring Wellington Street, in Leeds, Fletchers Solicitors has been confirmed as the latest business to make this property its home.

The group of specialist legal teams has made the move to a 3,500 sq ft suite on the sixth floor on an eight-year lease.

With this latest move, and a number of spaces currently under offer, there is just one floor remaining in the building, covering over 3,500 sq ft.
