Building for the Future: What’s next for the property sector in Yorkshire

The property sector is putting down new foundations as it builds into the future shaped by the acceleration to net zero alongside post-pandemic changes that have impacted how and where we work, live and shop.

A seminar next month, staged by TheBusinessDesk.com, will look to separate the trends from the fads as we examine how planners and developers are responding to those changes and assess what is driving demand and value in Yorkshire’s property sector.

The event will take place in Schofield Sweeney’s offices, at 76 Wellington Street, Leeds LS1 2AY on Thursday 11 May.

Speaking at the seminar will be April Marsden, associate director at Bowman Riley, Manjit Virdee, partner – real estate, at Schofield Sweeney and David Shepherd, strategic director, Department of Place, at Bradford Council.

Arrival and networking will be from 8.30am with the panel discussion from 9am to 10am.

It is free to register for the seminar. Click here to book tickets.
