Guest services provider is on a mission to expand in key UK cities

Specialist guest services provider Portico is implementing a regional growth strategy as it looks to significantly expand its footprint across key regional hubs in the UK.
The company already has a presence in seven major UK cities, including Leeds, Manchester and Birmingham.
It works with businesses across the region, managing and enhancing guest services at client offices and prime residential and commercial properties.
Currently, Portico has approximately 20 staff operating in six sites across Leeds, and recently signed a contract with property asset management company, JLL, to provide front-of-house guest services at over 80 of its sites across the UK including at Bridgewater Place in Leeds.
Portico secured its first contract in Leeds in 2014 with PwC and, since then, has grown its presence by securing further contracts at sites including NatWest, Eversheds, and Evelyn.
It supplies services ranging from reception and concierge services to workplace management.

The business is currently in discussion with JLL about expanding its contract to include further buildings in JLL’s Leeds portfolio, particularly in properties where Portico Safe – Portico’s front of house security support service – can be offered.
Oliver Hiner, director of operations, said: “Our team members work tirelessly to understand our clients’ needs and deliver a service that resonates wholeheartedly with their ethos.
“Such bespoke and adaptable support has never been more necessary than now, post-pandemic, when the traditional work environment has shifted irrevocably.
“Our regional growth strategy recognises this and offers employers the greater level of support and tailored experiences for visitors which this new landscape demands.”
