Architects practice signs up for new city centre studio

Northspring | Park Row has welcomed GSS Architecture to its Leeds building this month, as the practice takes a lease on the fifth floor of the city centre property.
After a successful 12 months of securing new projects and growing its team, GSS Architecture wanted a larger space in central Leeds.
The firm has been based in Yorkshire for over 13 years. Jonathan Hunter, partner, said: “We are pleased to introduce our new, permanent Leeds Studio, which provides a fantastic working environment for our team.
“Northspring, and specifically the building manager Andy, have been extremely helpful throughout the process of securing the office space and ensuring the fit-out arrangements were seamless.
“Leeds is a key area of growth for GSS, and we are excited to continue building upon our strong relationships with clients in the area from our new base.”
Helen Brennan from Northspring added: “It’s great to see another fantastic business move into Northspring | Park Row.
“Finding a central location which can offer a flexible space and creating a collaborative working environment for the team was vital and we’re pleased that GSS Architecture is so happy with their new space at Northspring.”
Remodelling works on the fourth floor at Northspring | Park Row will complete this month, creating a brand new fitted-out space. Knight Frank and Carter Towler are joint agents on the building.
The Northspring family now has seven properties across the country in Leeds, Birmingham and Manchester.
