With a blend of superb food, fine wines, stylish cocktails and spirits at reasonable prices, the Whitehall Restaurant & Bar has established itself as a firm favourite eat and meet venue of the Leeds business community.

Experienced restauranteurs, husband and wife team, Fatjon and Lauren Muca have built The Whitehall’s reputation around a simple concept: excellent modern British cuisine with European flavours.  “We wanted a menu that would appeal to everyone at any time of the day, whether its bar snacks with an after-work drink, a swift business lunch or go all out for a special occasion.”

This approach can be seen in the restaurant’s array of menu offerings, with an excellent value lunch menu, early bird, free flow fizz and Sunday lunch.  Not forgetting the specials menu which is designed daily by The Whitehall’s team of highly skilled chefs.  All running alongside their a la carte menu.

“We cook everything from scratch here, using fresh ingredients and local produce and suppliers.  We have a very good dedicated pastry chef. All of our desserts are made in-house by her.  Our menus are updated seasonally to ensure that the freshest possible produce is available to our guests.”

The passion for good food and service extends across all facets of the restaurant. The Whitehall’s lunch menu is justly famous, and often frequented by business people who want to impress clients without having to justify an excessive expenses claim.

By night they offer an early bird menu from 5-7pm.  A delicious 3 course menu including half a bottle of wine for just £36 per person, and on Saturdays the free flow fizz option is a big hit! The Sunday roast has become extremely popular, serving up the traditional chicken, beef, lamb and pork with the additional offering of their signature beef Wellington and premium sharing cuts.  

The restaurant lies at the heart of one of Leeds’ fastest growing business districts only a very short walk from Leeds train station on Whitehall road.

The Whitehall Restaurant & Bar is at West Point Building on Whitehall Road.  Open from noon to 10pm Mondays through Saturdays, and from noon to 8pm on Sundays, with the bar opening at 10am each day, and closing at 11pm Mondays to Thursdays, midnight Fridays and Saturdays, and at 8pm on Sundays.
