Administrators to be lined up for broadcasting and production company

Televideo, an outside broadcast and production industry firm based in Sheffield, says it intends to appoint administrators.

The business, which employed about 50 people in 2022, has been trading for 47 years and has its head office at The Riverside, Furnival Road.

It acts as facilities provider on a range of major world and sporting events, offering services such as broadcast graphics, satellite uplinks, streaming and post production.

Its recent credits include the ceremonial events for the Royal Coronation, the death of the Queen, Eurovision 2023, Brit Awards Red Carpet and the London Marathon.

The firm says its long-term, regular clients include the BBC, Sky Sports, Netflix, Channel 4, Channel 5, BT Sport, and Eurosport.
