Join Boost Drinks founder Simon Gray at our business lunch

Simon Gray

Boost Drinks founder and CEO Simon Gray will share his insights into the importance of ESG – and how to get it right – at our business lunch in Leeds on Wednesday 8 November.

Effective ESG policies help businesses identify, analyse and guide decisions on sustainability and workplace culture, as well as regular business operations. They’re becoming increasingly important in recruiting talent and attracting investment.

Join us at our business lunch on Wednesday 8 November at the newly refurbished Restaurant Bar & Grill in Leeds, where Simon will share his experience and observations.

Simon founded Boost Drinks in 2001 at the age of 28 with a bank loan of £30,000. He and his team of 35 Boosters have built it into a £75m turnover business that sits on the top three brand in each of the categories it operates in – energy drinks, sports drinks, and iced coffee – and a market leader in Northern Ireland.

In December 2022 Simon sold the business to Scottish drinks manufacturer AG Barr plc, the creators of Irn Bru, and remains chief executive.

Simon, born and bred in Leeds, strives for continuous improvement for himself and the business, and prides himself in implementing a compelling culture at Boost of “Energising Everybody in Every Way”, creating an environment where colleagues can be the best version of themselves, which in turn delivers the best version of the business.

Don’t miss this chance to hear from one of Leeds’ most successful entrepreneurs and gain valuable insights into the environmental, social and governance policies that help make Boost Drinks so successful.
