Office launch expands letting agent’s presence

Residential letting agent, Whitaker Cadre, has grown its Yorkshire footprint by opening a new Harrogate office.

The firm, which provides a full range of lettings services and already has offices in Ilkley and Leeds, has launched its latest base at 1 Cardale Park, Beckwith Head Road, Harrogate.

He said Whitaker Cadre has achieved growth on average of 35% year-on-year since opening in 2019, despite the UK’s private rented residential sector having lost about 400,000 rental properties since 2016,
