Administration on the horizon for delivery firm

An established Bradford-based haulage, courier service and parcel delivery business has filed a notice of intention to appoint an administrator.

A to B Direct Ltd, which is based at Headway Business Centre, in Dudley Hill, has been trading since 1995, with its fleet delivering same-day, parcel and pallet networked goods.

According to its last full accounts made up to 30 April 2022, the company employed an average of 20 people in 2022 and owed creditors £175,195.

The company’s website says the business is Bradford’s largest independent courier.

It adds that its drivers deliver throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe, while also offering storage options for palletised goods at secure premises.
