Digital agency consolidates brands as it prepares for growth

Digital agency group idhl is consolidating eight of its brands as it sets out its plans for future growth.

It will bring WMG, Ingenuity Digital, Equation, Statement, NetConstruct, Pinpoint, Ampersand and Conesso under its main brand title. Fostr, which idhl Group acquired in 2021, will remain in situ due to its specialisms in fashion, beauty and luxury sectors.

The agency employs nearly 400 people in offices in Harrogate, Leeds, Manchester and London, and works with clients in sectors including financial services, professional services, industrials, luxury and fashion.  Its revenues in the last financial year were nearly £38m.

Chief executive Ben Wood said, “idhl Group is an extremely successful business and one which has built a robust reputation for delivering high-quality work across multiple brands which have either been acquired strategically or created internally to tap into new markets.

“In planning our growth strategy for the coming years, we need to bring together our exceptional in-house digital expertise to give our clients a cohesive customer journey. This new structure also enables our team members to work collaboratively on a range of exciting and innovative projects.

“We currently have nine agencies with extensive and unparalleled knowledge in the business. This consolidation supports our consultative approach – bolstering growth for our clients and enabling them to thrive. It will also underpin a strong year of growth for idhl Group and I’d like to thank all of the team for their continued work delivering exceptional results for clients.”
