Savour diversity at Redefining MACHO lunch

Join us for a lunch with a richly flavoured menu of debates discussing how to support and encourage women in business and increase diversity in your organisation.

Redefining MACHO, sponsored by EY, ThinCats and Eversheds Sutherland, shows men how they can be better allies to women.

The lunch takes place at Bibis Restaurant, Sovereign Street, Leeds, from noon to 3.30pm on Wednesday 24 April.

Nearly every organisation has focused on improving diversity, equity and inclusion over the past few decades, but the pace of change is slow and more needs to be done to support women in business by engaging men and unlocking real change.

Ten speakers – male and female – will explore themes of allyship in five debates before, during and after a three-course lunch, with chances to network and discuss the topics before and after the debates.

The debates, led by MACHO programme developer Rebecca Rennison, corporate finance partner at EY, and her inspiration, Simon Dixon, head of origination at ThinCats, will explore five topics that will give you a clear roadmap on becoming a better ally and helping your organisation improve its DE&I.
