People: Hill Dickinson; CorrBoard UK; 360 Chartered Accountants; and more
International law firm, Hill Dickinson, has appointed Padma Tadi-Booth, who joins as a commercial employment partner in the Leeds office.
She brings over 15 years of experience and has advised on a range of employment issues.
Her areas of expertise include employment contracts, consultancy and service agreements, equal pay issues, status disputes, redundancies, settlement agreements and disclosure obligations associated with corporate transactions.
She joins from Irwin Mitchell where she was an employment and employment-related business immigration partner advising on a variety of contentious and non-contentious issues in relation to employment law.
Tadi-Booth will become part of Hill Dickinson’s Leeds employment team, which was established in the city with the hire of partner Glenn Hayes in November 2023.
This latest appointment comes at a time of growth for Hill Dickinson’s Leeds office after it moved into new offices at 11 Wellington Place earlier this year.

CorrBoard UK, an independent sheet-feeding specialist based in Scunthorpe, has appointed William Armitage-Scott as customer services administrator.
He joins the business from Wren Kitchens, where he was delivery support senior advisor.
In his new role he will be responsible for processing customer orders, as well as responding to any queries that are received.
He said: “I wanted to work for a company that has ambitions to grow and to become the best in its niche. I very much get that impression from CorrBoard and since joining can see how everyone is working towards the same targets.
“Everyone has been really supportive, particularly as I’ve been adapting to new processes, information and working with business-to-business customers. It’s a learning curve but one that I am embracing.”

360 Chartered Accountants has made three new appointments to its accountancy team.
Niall Daysh joins as a senior corporate portfolio manager, Mia Farrell as a trainee accountant and Ellis Horrobin as 360’s new apprentice.
Daysh qualified as a chartered accountant two years ago and previously worked at a firm in Lincolnshire.
Up to now his focus has been on tax planning and efficiency for owner managed businesses, helping clients in a number of industries, including dentistry, hospitality, property, manufacturing, retail and construction.
He will now manage and help develop the 360 accounts team, while looking after a portfolio of clients. He is due to complete his CTA qualification to be a Chartered tax advisor next month.
Mia Farrell arrives after relocating to Hull from Scarborough. A trainee accountant, she is midway through her AAT qualifications.
Meanwhile, Ellis Horrobin attended 360’s first ever careers evening in February. He is now the firm’s new apprentice accountant, having recently completed his A Levels at South Hunsley school.

York-based Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) provider, Environment Bank, has appointed Jonathan Lydiard-Wilson as chief strategy officer (CSO) and Henry Burn as chief revenue officer (CRO).
Lydiard-Wilson will develop and execute the company’s strategic direction to position the business as the leading provider of nature-based solutions, using private investment to accelerate nature recovery at pace.
He brings a wealth of experience in developing new business models that deliver long-term value in the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and impact sectors.
Formerly partner at Accenture, he was the global lead for energy management and co-ordinator for the Energy Transition where he played a key role in driving the growth of Energy Transition Services across the business and was responsible for the co-ordination of key business channels.
He was also the international CEO for a global energy and sustainability consultancy that was later acquired by Accenture. In addition, he has been a trustee of the Centre for Alternative Technology (CAT).
Burn brings over a decade of experience in driving revenue growth and executing successful business strategies within high-growth start-up environments.
He excels at building teams, infrastructure, and processes from the ground up, and has a proven track record in implementing innovative products and customer acquisition strategies that exceed revenue targets.
Prior to joining Environment Bank, he was the vice president of commercial at Hubble where he oversaw profitability routes and commercial strategy to emphasise sustainable growth.
In his new role, he will be responsible for unlocking new strategic opportunities for Environment Bank’s off-site Biodiversity Units, offering developers in England an effective solution for meeting new BNG obligations that came into force this year.
