Concrete supplier alerts administrators
A Lincolnshire concrete supplier is facing an uncertain future, TheBusinessDesk.com understands, after it filed a notice of intention (NOI) to appoint administrators.
Ever Readymix Concrete and Screed claims to be the largest supplier of concrete and screed across Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Yorkshire. It operates from three sites in Sandtoft, Scunthorpe and Immingham.
The firm was set up over 30 years ago.
The NOI, filed through law firm Ward Hadaway, will protect Ever Readymix Concrete and Screed from creditor action for a period of around 10 days.
The firm’s latest accounts, made up to 28 February 2023, show the firm owed £2.3m to creditors and employed 34 people at the time.
