York Property Networking Lunch – with Helmsley Group

The Coney Street Riverside scheme is set to transform a key part of York, as it looks to create 250,000 sq ft of mixed-use retail, leisure, commercial and residential space.

The scheme, which had its masterplan approved in October, aims to revitalise a neglected area of the city and will bring listed buildings back into use within York’s Central Conservation Area.
