Telecoms start-up ready to hunt for likely prospects for acquisition
Apollo Cloud, a telecoms start-up, is gearing up for growth in 2025 through an acquisition strategy.
Co-founded by Jonathan Marsden and Michelle Atkinson in 2022, the Leeds-based company is a specialist in unified communications.
It is heading into the New Year targeting acquisitions of telecom businesses with annual turnovers between £500,000 and £1.5m as part of its long-term buy and build approach.

To date, the business has partnered with prominent organisations across various sectors, including Reed Boardall, the largest frozen and chilled logistics firm in the UK with a £70m turnover.
It is also a provider for over 400 schools in North Yorkshire through its work with NYES Digital. And on a global level, the firm supports IT software business, ConnectWise.

The co-founders previously ran The Technology Group, where Atkinson was the COO and Marsden was the CEO.
