Branch openings and appointments signal growth for estate agent
Harrogate-headquartered independent estate agent, North Residential, has reported a successful 2024 with its second new branch opening of the year and newly appointed directors.
The business has confirmed its expansion into the West Yorkshire spa town of Ilkley with the appointment of Lucy Crane who will head the new branch.
She joins as a director having worked for Strutt and Parker in Harrogate for almost 10 years.
The growth into Ilkley comes after the business’s opening of its North Leeds branch earlier in the year, with newly appointed equity directors, Emma Kingham and Harriet Cheshire at the helm.
With a combined experience of over 20 years’ selling homes across both Harrogate and Leeds, Kingham and Cheshire were both previously part of the Knight Frank Harrogate team which rebranded to create North Residential in 2022.
In their first year operating the North Leeds branch of North Residential, they have sold more than £20m worth of properties and managed the sale of Yorkshire’s most expensive property.
