Property law business grows office space after tripling in size since its launch

Property litigation law firm, Hägen Wolf, is marking five years of growth with a substantial extension of its premises at Gilbanks, One Park Row, Leeds.

The expansion works are scheduled to take place in early May.

Since its launch in 2020 the firm has tripled in size and now has a team of 11 specialist property litigation lawyers.

A series of recent appointments – including the firm’s latest hire, legal director Claire Moss – has necessitated more office space, which the firm is taking on at its One Park Row address.

Managing partner, Matt Pugh said, “We have seen rapid growth in the five years since we opened our doors.

“The new space will provide improved facilities for our brilliant team and ensure we can accommodate new appointments planned through 2025, as part of the next phase of our growth roadmap.

Gilbanks has been our home from the outset, and I can’t see that changing any time soon.

“As far as I am concerned, it is the best serviced office provider in the city. Both the fit-out and the service team are exceptional.”

Alex Duckett, managing director of Gilbanks, said: “Hägen Wolf’s success story is a testament to its ambition and talent, and we are proud to support its continued growth.

“From inception five years ago, it has been a privilege to witness them flourish and become the recognised experts in their field.”
