Video: Thousands raised at Y Factor 2011
HIGHLIGHTS from Y Factor 2011 can now be watched on TheBusinessDesk.tv.
The event at The Wardrobe in Leeds was won by Richard Morton, of law firm Squire Sanders Hammonds, singing Elvis classic Suspicious Minds.
Eight acts from Yorkshire’s dealmaking and finance community competed for the title at the X Factor-style event, compered by TheBusinessDesk.com managing director David Parkin, which raised more than £25,000 for the Mencap charity.
The event was sponsored by Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets, Walker Morris and Euler Hermes.
