Hull to get lift with Orchard Park

A £16M package has been finalised to build a facility in Hull including a general practice, pharmacy, council offices and a dentist's surgery.
Law firm Addleshaw Goddard in Leeds has advised Hull Citycare on the LIFT scheme at Orchard Park.
The Local Improvement Finance Trust (LIFT) company is jointly owned by Hull Teaching Primary Care Trust, Community Health Partnerships, private sector partner Sewell Group and UME Investment Co.
It will be responsible for the design, construction and maintenance of the Orchard Park facility.
The latest scheme brings the value of the Hull LIFT schemes completed by Addleshaw Goddard to £36m.
The firm has worked with Hull Citycare since the inception of the company in 2004. Orchard Park is the seventh scheme to reach financial close.
Projects partner Andrew Pettinger led a cross divisional Addleshaw Goddard team including Claire Craig (projects), Olivia Thompson (real estate), Rick Atha (construction) and Louise Jones (banking).
