Agent Appointments:
PROPERTY consultancy Knight Frank has strengthened its retail team in Leeds with the appointment of Kate Howe as a senior retail surveyor.
Ms Howe has become a full member of the Leeds retail team working alongside Knight Frank partner Alex Munro.
She has joined from Manchester-based Northhold Group, a development company specialising in retail and leisure schemes.
Meanwhile, Sheffield-born surveyor Robert Hepworth has returned to South Yorkshire following more than a decade working in London’s property investment market.
Mr Hepworth has become an associate with Knight Frank in its Sheffield office.

GVA has made two appointments to its Yorkshire team.
Paul Manning, senior director in GVA’s Leeds office, says: “I am delighted to announce that we have made two significant appointments in Ben Hall and Richard Padley, both formerly of Jones Lang LaSalle in Leeds.
“Ben will head our investment team and Richard will provide specialist retail advice to many of our high profile clients.”
Mr Padley is the Leeds office’s first specialist retail surveyor. Mr Hall will be responsible for driving key acquisitions and disposals.

Daniel Moon has joined the Yorkshire building consultancy team as a graduate surveyor.
Emma Reay joins the property management team to assist with key clients Kwik-Fit, UK Coal and the Homes & Communities Agency.
Suzie Lisle has joined the specialist transport consultancy team also as a graduate surveyor.
