JV for Trilandium with Yoo

TRILANDIUM Homes has signed a joint venture with London-based developer Yoo Capital to invest in residential property opportunities in the region.
The pair have agreed to buy “a number of high profile sites” in the Yorkshire region, where Yoo said it sees “big potential” and “several years of under-investment”, according to Property Week.
Yoo Capital was founded in 1999 by John Hitchcox, and Leeds-based Trilandium is a residential development company with a development pipeline of 3,500 homes around the UK.
Katherine Stacey, managing partner of Trilandium, said: “This is great news for the Yorkshire property sector. Yoo Capital share our vision for building beautiful and traditional homes that exceed buyers’ expectations, and they have long term relationships with UK and international developers, backed by strong brand association and resources of Yoo.”
Andrew Thorpe, managing director of Yoo Capital, said: “Trilandium Homes is an independent privately-owned bespoke house builder comprising a wide ranging team of experts providing a comprehensive service to customers.
“From finding land and designing an individual home to your specification, securing planning permission and building the property. Like us they are passionate about building only the finest quality homes. We are very excited about the coming year.”
