Fourth new appointment of the year for Hempsons

LAW firm Hempsons has boosted its Harrogate team with the appointment of Richard Nolan as a commercial consultant.
Mr Nolan joins the firm from Lupton Fawcett, where he was a partner and director for three years.
He was a partner and director in the dispute management team at Lupton Fawcett in Leeds and prior to this spent four years with Nelson and Co where he was partner and head of commercial dispute resolution and as a partner following the merger with Gordons, and nine years with Hammonds.
The new appointment signals further growth for the national firm and is the Harrogate office’s fourth new appointment this year.
In his new role Mr Nolan will be looking to grow and develop new areas of the practice including commercial dispute resolution, commercial contracts, construction and charities.
