Contracts add up for Tracsis

TRANSPORT industry software firm Tracsis has secured a new contract.

The University of Leeds spinout has signed a deal which will see it supply a “major worldwide operating group” for at least two years.

Chief executive John McArthur said: “Once again, we are delighted to have won this contract which is testament to the concerted efforts of our business development team in building fantastic working relations with transport operators both here in the UK and overseas.”

The contract award is the latest in a string of good news for the company which announced another significant contract win last month and has told the stock market its profits for the year will beat expectations.

The latest agreement will see the company supply software which helps transport companies manage staff working patterns and their fleets.

Tracsis shares closed last night at 80p.
