Property People: Knight Frank, Dacres, Coalters, Dresler Smith

TOM Storrar has joined the residential and commercial valuation team at Knight Frank in Yorkshire.
Mr Storrar, 30, will work from the company’s Leeds office and joins from Edward Symmons in Leeds, where he spent two years in its valuation Services division.
He has also worked for Sanderson Weatherall and Deloitte in Leeds.
Mr Storrar said: “These are exciting times for the property market in Yorkshire, as we begin to emerge from recession. Knight Frank is the perfect place to progress my career and capitalise on the opportunities out there.”

RICHARD Taylor has joined Dresler Smith Chartered Surveyors in Leeds as a director in charge of property management and asset management.
He has joined from RTC Property Consultancy.

AMY Mountain has joined the agricultutal division of property firm Dacre Son & Hartley.
Ms Mountain, who graduated from The Royal Agricultural College in Cirencester last year. will assist the head of the department Ian Cox with the sale, purchase and management of agricultural, forestry and sporting estates throughout the North of England.
Based at the firm’s Otley office, Ms Mountain, who is from Burley-In-Wharfedale, will work across a wide portfolio of clients from single farms to some of the finest country estates in the region.
