Nisa deal for Sanderson Weatherall

SANDERSON Weatherall has agreed a deal that will see it advise more than 1,000 members of the Nisa independent retail group.

The property consultancy will offer Nisa members help in areas including business rates, property valuations and landlord disputes.

David Rastrick, partner at Sanderson Weatherall, said: “We are delighted to be able to roll out this property offering for Nisa members nationwide.

“This function will provide members with a convenient, trusted source of property information. It will also relieve them of some of the on-going complexities associated with the management of commercial premises whilst also making valuable cost savings.”

Nisa, headquartered in Scunthorpe. has more than 1,080 registered shareholders operating more than 4,000 stores including a quarter under the Nisa brand.
