Unit sold at First Point

A UNIT at the First Point Business Park has been sold in a deal worth £520,000.

The 2.33 acre design and build opportunity at the Doncaser business park has been sold to a private buyer.

First Point is a 2m sq ft business park close to the M18 with existing occupiers including Amazon, B&Q and Holiday Inn.
