Yorkshire hotelier Roomzzz checks into Chester
YORKSHIRE hotel brand Roomzzz is to open its latest aparthotel in Chester.
Roomzzz Aparthotel Chester City will have 61 apartments including penthouse suites with rooftop balconies overlooking the city’s racecourse.
The new property is the sixth in the firm’s portfolio and is the first joint venture by Leeds-based Roomzzz and will open in early 2014 with prices starting at £79 a night.
Roomzzz already has an aparthotel in Manchester as well as three in Leeds and another in Newcastle.
The group, which launched in 2006, said that revenue so far this year is up 11% on 2012 and has achieved 87% occupancy.

The Roomzzz Penthouses will all feature Apple technology, stylish interiors with a high-end luxurious finish and will enjoy views out over Chester Racecourse from the roof-top balconies.
