This transaction represents the largest industrial letting in central York since the original head lease completed in 1990. The property suited Gear4music.com’s requirements for a stand-alone headquarters warehouse facility and we are delighted to have been able to bring this significant property back into use and that Gear4Music.com can remain in York.”
