Industrial estate fully let

THE fully let signs are up at a Bradford industrial estate following a series of deals completed by chartered surveyors Eddisons.
New tenants at Enterprise Court off Tong Street include West Yorkshire Truck Services, which has taken a unit extending to 2,113 sq ft.
Meanwhile, existing tenant Fusion Paper and Board has increased its footprint on the site by taking an additional 2,812 sq ft adjacent to the 2,113 sq ft unit it already occupies.
Both lettings were completed off an asking rent of £4 per sq ft.
Alex Wilkinson of Eddisons said: “We are delighted to have concluded these deals on behalf of an established client, which mean the estate is now fully let.
“There is currently strong demand for good quality industrial space in and around Bradford which reflects the continued improvements in the economy.”
Eddisons acted on behalf of the landlord Royds Properties.
Max Royds, director of Royds Properties, said: “The estate is in a convenient location close to the M606 and is served by excellent loading and parking facilities, which makes it popular with a range of tenants.”
