Gregory Property Group has appointed Philip Lees as project director to oversee the specific design and build of its commercial, leisure and residential developments.

Gregory Property Group chairman Barry Gregory said: “We are delighted to bring Philip into the management team at a time when we are very active in progressing a number of new development projects. Philip and I established a strong working partnership spanning over 25 years; he is a trusted confidant who will bring great expertise to managing the procurement and delivery of our projects.”

Projects currently underway include new retail schemes in Rotherham and Brighouse, leisure schemes in Harrogate, Leeds and Darlington, residential developments in Bradford and industrial development in Ossett, Wakfield.

Notable projects within the Gregory Property Group portfolio include the £40m mixed use scheme at Broad Street Plaza in Halifax and the £40m retail park at Foss Islands in York.
