Sheffield tower offers modern city living

THE fit-out programme at Velocity Tower is underway with all 160 apartments in phase one on track for their completion date in February.

The first set of apartments at the Sheffield development are now complete and ready for viewings.

The first phase in the existing 22 storey tower contains a ground floor reception area with concierge station and 20 floors above, each comprising eight apartments.

Each floor has one two-bedroom apartment, five one-beds and two studios, all fully furnished and with unique layouts designed to maximise space and light.

The first eight show apartments are now open for viewings and the Velocity Estates team is currently taking appointments from potential tenants.

Earlier this year, Velocity Estates received planning approval to extend Velocity Tower to 30 storeys with an additional 18 storey sister tower adjoining it.

The additional floors in the main tower will take the total apartment offering at Velocity Tower up to 224 and plans for the 18 storey sister tower currently include designs for an ‘aparthotel’ with a conference suite on the 18th floor.
