Appointments: Indigo Planning, INK Digital

TWO appointments have boosted the Indigo Planning team’s Leeds and Manchester offices.

Joanne Oldfield joins as a planner in the Leeds office. She has seven years’ experience in planning and research, providing consultancy support and policy research for private and public sector clients.

Her previous work includes projects in the Dearne Valley area of South Yorkshire, Sheffield, Hull and Bradford. Joanne is completing a PhD in Sustainability and has a MA in Town and Regional Planning.

She is a member of the RTPI and was previously a co-chair of the University of Sheffield’s Postgraduate Social Science Research Committee.

Matthew Hard joins the Manchester team as a senior planner, with over ten years’ experience working across a range of projects including retail, leisure, tourism and renewable energy. He has worked closely with local authorities and has been actively involved in development management and site promotion. Matthew is a chartered member of the RTPI and has a MSc in Urban Planning.

Nick Pleasant has also been promoted to senior planner in the Leeds office.

Robert Crolla, regional director of Indigo Planning’s Leeds office, said: “We’ll shortly be celebrating ten years in Leeds and our office continues to go from strength to strength with new appointments and another well-deserved promotion. We look forward to further success as the team grows and confidence in the local and regional market increases.”

Creative agency INK Digital has appointed three new members in its strategy, marketing and development teams.

Strategist, Isabel Reynolds joins the agency to oversee and manage digital planning.

Ms Reynolds said: “After three years’ experience in client services in print marketing I chose to move into digital as it’s the future.

“I’m looking forward to helping clients identify business goals and exploring how both digital and print media can be integrated to maximise the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns.”

Louise Adu has been appointed as a client services executive to support the marketing team with PR campaigns and client relations.

Following in-house PR roles at leading fashion event organisations she said: “Digital is a new arena for me and working closely with such a fantastic variety of clients will, undoubtedly, bring many exciting challenges and opportunities.”

The INK development team has appointed Robert Dunn as senior technical strategist.

Helen Darlington, head of creative strategy at INK Digital said, “We are delighted to welcome our newest team members.

“With the opening of our new international office and increasing client roster we needed our additional manpower to be super talented and a great team fit, so we are expecting great things from them all. We are experiencing very exciting times here at INK and we are also on the lookout for exceptional candidates for a couple of fantastic roles open at the moment in the creative team.”
