City-wide expansion planned after agents move into professionals market

ESTATE agency Diamond Properties is making the move into the professionals market after opening an office in Oakwood, Leeds.

The 17 year-old firm has been based at Hyde Park, catering for the dense student population in North Leeds, and has seen a surge in turnover, prompting the move.

The new office will concentrate on the Leeds professionals market. The firm has said they want to be “a breath of fresh air” for the sales and lettings market in the North of the city.

The office has been designed in-house, and there are plans in the pipeline to open a city centre office in August this year.

Mandip Sehmi, managing director of Diamond said: “We have seen a large increase in turnover with sales and lettings over the past 12 months and felt it was the right time to expand our presence in key areas across Leeds, we have two branches open now, with a third opening shortly. Our aim is to have five branches open in Leeds by the end of the year.”
