Appointments: Needle Partnership, Skipton Building Society

LAW firm Needle Partners has appointed four senior members to its Leeds base.
Jeremy Bennett, an insolvency practitioner joins from Squires & Sanders, Cobbetts and Duff & Phelps.
Construction litigator Mark Lawton, who previously headed up the dispute resolution practice for Watson Burton has also been hired.
Tim Wimbush joins with 27 years experience having previously been corporate partner at Regulatory Legal and Leon Greenstone is an employment and sports law specialist.
Only recently has the firm expanded with larger premises, incorporated into a limited company to ensure they can apply for an alternative business licence, and opened a marketing office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Skipton Building Society has announced the launch of an online retirement community, retiresavvy.co.uk, and appointed three members to the team.
Heading the development and management of the site up is Clare Mahood, who has moved from the role of Skipton’s Proposition Manager to retiresavvy Senior Manager. Her key role as retiresavvy Senior Manager will be in project managing the development of the site and pushing it forward to ensure it hits ambitious growth targets, managing marketing budgets and leading the business strategy for the site.
Rebecca Harrison has been named as the site’s digital marketing manager, moving over from the main Skipton brand digital communications team, while former financial journalist Andrew Sheen will lead the site’s editorial functions as content editor.
