Ten senior promotions at CBRE Leeds after record year

TEN senior promotions have boosted the Leeds office of CBRE.
The city office has seen a record financial year with turnover up 19% and EBITDA was up 29% from the year before.
CBRE’s Leeds managing director Richard Sunderland has been promoted to executive director, the most senior management level in the firm.
Michael Porter, Adam Baxter has been promoted to senior director, Mike Jones and Juliette Petty to director and James Fox has been promoted to director of retail.
Chris Ward and Fazilia Loonat move up to associate director level and Jacques Esterhuizen and Jonathan Gobie are senior surveyors in Industrial Agency and Building Consultancy respective.
Executive director Richard Sunderland, commented; “Through the adoption of new working practices and the introduction of new service lines, the Leeds team has shown itself to be highly adaptable, diligent and welcoming of change and growth which is reflected in the office recording its best financial year to date.
