Training firm finishes the race to fill up business park

ONLINE training firm High Speed Training Ltd has agreed to be the final tenant in the now fully-let Riverside Business Park in Ilkley.

 The firm has taken on 5,200 sq ft of space at the site, and is relocating from the Round Foundry Media Centre in Leeds city centre.

The Leeds office of chartered surveyors Eddisons secured the letting on behalf of Synergy Properties.

John Padgett, Head of Agency at Eddisons says: ‘We are delighted to have secured an excellent tenant and achieved good rental income for our client.
