CBRE senior hires hit lucky number seven

THE LEEDS office of commercial property firm CBRE has created seven roles for incoming hires.

Overall, a further ten senior promotions have been announced across the firm’s valuation, capital markets, asset services, marketing and building consultancy teams.

Alison Wright joins as a senior surveyor and Lauren Spencer joins the valuations team as a surveyor.

Within the capital markets team, John Dawson joins as a senior surveyor, Paul England joins as a surveyor as does Nina Bradley in the asset services team.

Joining Ms Bradley, Michael Greenbank joins as senior surveyor. 

Bridget Stack also joins the office as a marketing assistant.

Earlier this month, Michael Porter was appointed senior director at CBRE. He said: “We are delighted to welcome seven new recruits to the Leeds team.

“In addition to the ten senior promotions recently announced, the expansion of the Leeds office is indicative of exciting and sustained momentum within the Yorkshire property sector.

“A number of high-profile new instructions have been secured by the Valuation and Asset Services teams and Capital Markets continues its successful run of attracting investment into the region as a result of the sale of several major assets within Leeds City Centre.

“Looking ahead we are confident of continued buoyancy and our strong team is well positioned to capitalise on that.”
