Bar operators look to find their Mojo in new offices

OWNERS of the Mojo bar chain, which has sites in Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool, have let offices in Leeds to “achieve its future expansion plans.”

The restructure of its offices will allow it to work under one roof.

Mojo Bar have signed a five year lease at Andrews House, 328 Meanwood Road, which provides a total of 2,480 sq ft of office and storage space within the grounds of A Andrews & Sons.

Martin Greenhow, director at Mojo Bar, said: “To better facilitate the management of the business and to implement our expansion strategy, we decided to seek suitable premises close to Leeds city centre and Andrews House proved to be ideal for us.”

Cameron Ritchie of Mawsons, who handled the letting on behalf of the landlord, A Andrews & Sons said: “Ever since meeting Martin at the premises for the first time, it became clear that it was well suited to their business needs and was pleased that we were able secure a letting in a quick turnaround for both parties concerned.”
