SEARCH LABORATORY has been appointed by the world famous tea room brand Bettys to provide search engine marketing.
Harrogate-based Bettys has briefed Search Laboratory to raise the digital profile of its Bettys Mail Order business offering which gives customers the chance to enjoy many of the products served in the tea rooms in their own homes.
Francesca Simpson, online marketing manager at Bettys, said: “We are looking forward to working with such a creative agency that has a local feel with all the knowledge that comes with a global company. We are confident that Search Laboratory can exceed our expectations and continue to impress us.”

TWO graduates have been hired by The Lenny Agency to support the PR team following a number of new clients wins since the start of the year.
Holly Messenger joins the team as social media account executive, having recently graduated from Northumbria University with a BA (hons) in Advertising and Media
Laura Walsh also joins the team as PR account executive, having recently received a first class honors degree in Event Management from Liverpool John Moores University.

We were impressed by both Holly and Laura during their interviews, not only with their passion to succeed in PR but with their mature approach and strong work ethic.

Our client base is now international, which for a small boutique Brighouse-based agency is some achievement. PUBLIC relations and social media agency Aberfield Communication has welcomed a new addition to the team as it enters its fourth year of business with an expanding client portfolio.
Louise O’Donoghue joins the Leeds-based agency as a consultant, after completing a public relations and digital communications degree at Manchester Metropolitan University.
With experience working in-house at Swimwear 365 and Fashion Rider, she will support the team in helping to manage client accounts and implementing new campaigns and activities.
Phil Reed, managing director, said: “Louise will support both the growth of new and existing clients, and assist with new business approaches. It’s great to welcome her to the team.”
