Northern distribution hub acquired by Roadtechs

MAINTENANCE contractor Roadtechs is establishing a northern hub with the acquisition of a Sheffield site.

Roadtechs, which specialises in highway and airfield maintenance, has bought the site for £450,000.

The 17,168 sq ft distribution site on Park House Land in Sheffield was sold by Arndale Properties and SJS Property Management.

Colliers International’s Industrial & Logistics team in Leeds helped in the disposal.

Jonathan McGrael, associate director, Industrial & Logistics, Colliers International in Leeds, commented: “Park House Lane is an established area for industrial and distribution occupiers looking for space close to Sheffield city centre but with the added benefit of proximity to Junctions 33 and 34. This new location provides the ideal base from which Roadtechs can operate their northern business”.

Hembriar Limited acted for the purchaser.
