Recruitment firm reaches £15m turnover in three years

RECRUITMENT agency TSA has reached £15m in turnover, just three years after launching.
Leeds-based TSA was founded in 2012 by entrepreneurs Richard Dobson and Michael Warburton, with plans to reach the £17m mark by this coming year end.
The firm which specialises in the construction, property and engineering sectors, is now planning rapid growth, with a Nottingham office and plans to open in London in 2017.
At their home base at Sandford Lodge in Kirkstall, they are set to extend their offices to keep up with the growth of the team.
TSA employs 21 staff including three recent appointments; Johnny Dawkins, Zohya Caan and Catherine Scutts.
Richard Dobson, director at TSA said: “Growth has always been a key driver of our five year plan and as part of this we are expanding our presence in Leeds and beyond with the Nottingham and London offices.
“We have outgrown our current office but our extension plans will give us much needed additional space and allow us to remain at Sandford Lodge.”
Shaun Mullins, audit and advisory partner at Mazars said: “The team at TSA have established a great reputation in their industry and enjoyed phenomenal success over the last three years. This is a very exciting stage of the company’s development and we are delighted to support them on this journey of growth as they look to expand and open new offices.”
