PwC director joins private equity house Endless

PRIVATE equity house Endless has recruited Andy Ross to its Leeds team.

Mr Ross was a director at PwC for 16 years prior to his move over to Endless.

He was director of the restructuring team, advising Yorkshire corporates and their stakeholders through sales, purchases and restructures amongst other things.

Mr Ross will be working with several Endless portfolio companies to support growth and refinancing projects, and is the fifth new recruit to the Endless investment team in the past quarter.

Darren Forshaw, a founding partner at Endless, said “Andy represents an important recruit for us as we look to further build our portfolio team locally and nationally, to provide the dedicated focus and support needed to our ever growing portfolio of investments and we are delighted to have him on board.

“We continue to seek to recruit the most talented professionals in the market and expect to announce further additions to the team shortly.”

Andy Ross commented: “I am delighted to be joining the Endless team and am really excited about the opportunity I have to work closely with some top quality management teams – to help them through potentially challenging situations with the ultimate goal of improving and building businesses and creating real value.

“Following a strong summer of new investments being made from Fund IV with the likes of Imtech, Essential Fleet Services, High Street TV and Bright Blue Foods, there are plenty of businesses coming into the portfolio as well as a number of existing investment exits announced and planned for the coming months.”
