Appointments: Morgans City Living, Carter Jonas, J Pullan

NINE people have been appointed at Morgans City Living.

Portfolio managers Charlie Lampkin, Gemma Johnson, Katie Radcliffe and Kirsty Helliwell are based at the Morgans’ Leeds office on Dock Street.

Sales negotiator Graham Gomersall and business development manager Felix Hook also join Morgans’ Dock Street offices.

In the North Leeds office, rental portfolio managers Amy Buckle and Amanda Humphrey and rentals negotiator Ellis Cann join the team. The newly-launched 1,200 sq ft office on Otley Road.

Alistair Hogben of Carter JonasTHE Harrogate office of property consultants Carter Jonas has been boosted with the appointment of senior valuer Alistair Hogben.

Mr Hogben joins the firm from York based estate and land agents RM English. He was previously business development manager at property management firms SitexOrbis Limited and Ad Hoc Property Management.

Mr Hogben said: “I am excited to take the next step in my property career with a well-respected firm such as Carter Jonas. The team in Harrogate has high standards and I look forward to contributing to the further success of the firm”

McTague of J PullanLEEDS property company J Pullan and Sons has strengthened its team with the appointment of Nick McTague as an asset manager and surveyor.

Mr McTague started his career with Edward Symmons LLP in Leeds in 2007, before moving to DTZ in 2014, where he specialised in both industrial and office agency.

He commented: “The opportunity to join a property company with the reputation and heritage as Pullan’s, especially at a time when the market is showing strong signs of recovery, was a chance too good to miss.

“The company owns a diverse portfolio, which includes iconic Leeds city centre office buildings, such as Joseph’s Well, Apsley House and Brotherton House and there’s also a number of exciting projects in the development pipeline, in which I’m really looking forward to playing a part,” he explained.
