Tenants adding up at Bowcliffe Hall after £6m refurb

REFURBISHED offices at Bowcliffe Hall have added to their portfolio of business tenants as HIT Training moves in.
HIT specialises in hospitality industry training specialising in apprenticeships, statutory training courses and management development.
Bowcliffe Hall, the headquarters of the Bayford Group, already has a business lineup including wealth strategists, Encore Wealth, recruitment solution specialist, Online Resourcing and property consultant practice, Fordy Marshall.
Bowcliffe Hall, a 200 year-old Grade II-listed site, is the former home of aviation pioneer, Robert Blackburn. It has undergone a £6m restoration over the past few years, adding the Blackburn Wing conference and event venue, as well as a private members club for business tenants and guests.
HIT Training area manager, David Rothera, said: “Being a hospitality industry training provider, what more fitting base could we have than stunning Bowcliffe Hall, with its fantastic conferencing, events, meeting and wedding facilities?
“Standout venues for us are the Drivers’ Club and a tree house conference and event centre in the shape of an aircraft wing.”
Bowcliffe property & development director, Lucinda Jennings, commented: “While businesses are drawn to our unique setting as a location that makes the work experience a pleasure, there are many practical benefits too.”
