Business park full after eight deals

PROPERTY developer Marrtree has let all nine units at St James Business Park in Knaresborough.

The business park is now home to a total of eight tenants including car rental firm Enterprise Rent-a-Car which was the first tenant to secure a unit in January 2014. 

Since then, Marrtree has attracted local firms including Yorkshire Removals, Knaresborough Tyre Services and pet grooming equipment distributors Red Cape, which took two of the nine available units for its operation.

Marrtree was advised by Gordons.
