Gym operator opens newest site in Leeds

BUDGET gym operator Xercise4Less is opening in Temple House in North Leeds.

The Leeds-based gym chain will have 42 clubs across the UK once the 40,000 sq ft site is completed in Autumn 2016.

There will be a separate women’s gym, a boxing ring, spin studio and MMA cage.

Director of Property and Construction at Xercise4Less, Darren Pallett, commented, “We are thrilled and excited to be opening our second site in Leeds to bring our established health and fitness offer to the north of the city.”

Acting as agents and development managers on behalf of the landlords, Paul Fox of Fox Lloyd Jones added “We are delighted to welcome Xercise4Less to Temple House. This important commitment enables us to breathe new life into a tired but very prominent building fronting the Ring Road which will have a transformational impact.”

WSB Property Consultants acted on behalf of Xercise4less.
