Offices snapped up in “multi-million pound” deal

MANAGED offices at Doncaster’s First Point Business Park have been acquired in a “multi-million pound” deal.

The Ness Hall Partnership has acquired the workspace from Catesby Property Group for an undisclosed amount.

The 30,000 sq ft serviced office, used for flexible working, will be managed by entrepreneur Richard Murray Wells of Ness Hall operating under the Apex Office Space brand.

Richard Murray Wells: – “Apex Office Space is an exciting new venture for Ness Hall, formerly Homfray Hotels, taking us into the serviced office sector which we see as a natural progression from our public house and hotel operations of the past.

Ness Hall’s legal advice on the purchase was provided by Adrian West, a partner in the property team at law firm Andrew Jackson.

He said:”Richard knew what he wanted to achieve and in what timescale, and it was important to ensure that the legal side of things moved as smoothly as possible despite the complexities of the deal.”
