Owners sought for Golden Triangle pub

A PUB in the golden Triangle of Leeds, York and Harrogate is up for sale.
Owners of The Spotted Ox in Tockwith an and Sheila Robinson are looking to retire after 12 years at the pub.
The traditional pub currently serves British grub and ales with space for 30 in the bar and 50 in the lounge.
A function room is licensed for around 100 and known as “The Forge”. In addition there is a large lawned beer garden and for owners, a spacious four bedroom private flat.
Nick Thomas of Fleurets commented: “The Spotted Ox has been in the hands of the current owners since 2004 and is an established and traditional village public house enjoying a largely local regular trade from the village as well as that from the surrounding area.”
Trade is largely wet driven in addition to which the Spotted Ox enjoys additional function trade courtesy of “The Forge”.
The leasehold interest for the Spotted Ox is being offered at an asking price of £55,000.
